Well guys - lets get 2012 started off right. I know that the WoW Crew is working on the last raid of the expansion, so good luck to those guys and gals! The ToR crew is actively trying to recruit so if you know anyone playing - send them our way. We're going to get our end-game figured out once we have enough people up to 50. (We're getting there)

BDC gets placed on Hedarr Soongh for the SWTOR launch!

As of the time of this posting, we were designated to be playing on Hedarr Soongh. This is a PvP server on the east coast. Bioware has tweeted that this may change before tomorrow's actual launch.

In any case, everyone with an account on the SWTOR site that app'd and was placed into the BDC will see for sure which server the BDC is in when you go to create your very first toon. Here's a post on the SWTOR site that details out all the info you need to ensure you get to the right place with your toon. As you can see, simply look for the server in the server list with a gold flag and create your character there.

Once you have actually created your character go to the forum thread titled My toon will be in the SWTOR section and post your toon's name, class, and role you will be playing.

Hey Everyone

Looks like patch 4.3 hit the streets. Good luck to both the raiding groups in working their way towards getting Deathwing down; it looks like it will be a cool and interesting raid!

I'd like to get everyone together that is currently going to be and/or interested in playing Star Wars: The Old Republic with us. If you're a member of the guild, there is a poll in the Star Wars area of the Members Forums to vote on the best day for the meeting.

As Promised - The New Website Is Here

When I told everyone I was quitting WoW, I would use the time between my exit of the game until Star Wars:TOR came out to get a new Website up and running. Well, here it is! I'll be working to tweak the site for the next few weeks and get things updated.

We decided to leave Ipower.com and move to enjin.com for our community hosting. The cost is about the same, and they're portal is very easy to customize and configure. The added benefit is that our managers will now have more access to handle things and they won't have to track me down to update or change things here.

It's been a great 7 years with the Black Dragon Clan, and now - with a new game coming out a number of people have interest in - we'll hopefully go another 7 and add some great people onto the community.

Get the word out!
